WHO ARE WE?

HISTORY

HEC Junior Conseil is a professional association under the French law of 1901, managed by students of the Grande Ecole Programme at HEC Paris and which operates on the model of a consulting firm. It enables HEC students to acquire valuable professional experience through various missions (market studies, communication plans, business plans, etc.) carried out for companies of all sizes and in all sectors of activity.

HEC Junior Conseil has carried out more than 5,000 studies in its 50 years of existence and relies on an active and dynamic network of 400 "JE alumni" who share their past and present expertise with us. We capitalize on this experience to provide our clients with innovative and proven solutions.

OUR TEAM

Our 20 project managers joined the structure after having satisfied a demanding individual and collective selection process. They were chosen for their technical skills, their motivation and above all for their ability to form an efficient and united team. Thus, the entire team is driven by a taste for performance and the desire to satisfy the client's needs.

All the project managers benefited from intensive training for five months in parallel with their studies at HEC Paris. KPMG, Finance 3.1, Olivier Wyman and Julhiet Sterwen have passed on to them the experience and expertise that they now put at your service.

Since 1991, a full-time secretary has been added to this group of dynamic students. She ensures the link between the different generations and carries out tasks that are essential to the smooth running of the Junior-Enterprise. This secretary symbolizes the intergenerational continuity and availability that HEC Junior Conseil wants to embody.

HEC JUNIOR CONSEIL AND THE CNJE

HEC Junior Conseil, through its expertise and the quality of its work, has demonstrated the seriousness and professionalism necessary to obtain the "Junior-Enterprise" label and to belong to the CNJE network, the National Confederation of Junior-Enterprises.
The Junior-Enterprise label awarded by the latter is a guarantee of quality since it is renewed every year after an internal audit conducted by CNJE auditors-experts who evaluate the respect of standards, requirements and regulatory framework of the Junior-Enterprise movement.

As a Junior-Enterprise of the first business school in Europe, we are proud to contribute since its creation to the development of the national Junior-Enterprise movement and we are happy to benefit from the support, backing and training provided by the CNJE. Today, the CNJE gathers more than 200 Junior-Enterprises spread all over France but also many "Junior-Creations" and "Junior-Initiatives" that work every year to obtain the much sought-after "Junior-Enterprise" label.

Each year, the CNJE awards the "Prix d'Excellence" in partnership with BNP Paribas, Alten, EY, Engie and the daily newspaper Les Echos. Awarded in 2004 by HEC Junior Conseil, which was also a finalist in 2005 and 2006, this prize rewards the performances of the best Junior-Enterprise in France based on three main criteria :

  • the quality of the studies, assessed during the annual audit carried out by the CNJE.
  • customer satisfaction, assessed through a survey by the newspaper Les Échos.
  • structural and methodological performance, assessed through an EY audit.
