Our history
HEC Junior Conseil is a professional association under the 1901 lawHEC Junior Conseil is a professional association, managed by students of the Grande Ecole Programme of HEC Paris, which operates on the model of a consulting firm. It allows HEC students to gain valuable professional experience through various assignments (market research, communication plans, business plans, etc.) carried out for companies of all sizes and in all sectors of activity.
HEC Junior Conseil has more than 5000 studies in its 50 years of existence, and relies on an active and dynamic network of 400 "JE alumni" who pass on their past and present expertise. We capitalize on this acquired experience to offer our customers innovative and proven solutions. This expertise is reinforced by the training provided by our renowned partners, including PwC, Oliver Wyman, EY, KPMG and Joffe & Associés.
Our team
Our 18 project managers joined the structure after passing a demanding individual and collective selection process. They were chosen for their technical skillstheir motivation and above all for their ability to form an efficient and cohesive team. The whole team is driven by a taste for performance and a desire to satisfy customer needs.
All project managers benefited from five months of intensive training in parallel with their studies at HEC Paris. PwC, Oliver Wyman, KPMG, and Julhiet Sterwen have passed on to them the experience and expertise that they now put at your service.
Since 1991, this group of dynamic students has been joined by a full-time secretary who acts as a link between the different generations and performs tasks essential to the smooth running of the Junior-Enterprise. This secretary symbolizes intergenerational continuity continuity and availability that HEC Junior Conseil aims to embody.
Our school

CNJE
Through its expertise and the quality of its work, HEC Junior Conseil has demonstrated the seriousness and professionalism required to obtain the "Junior-Entreprise" label. Junior-Enterprise" label and membership of the CNJE (Confédération Nationale des Junior-Entreprises) network.
The Junior-Entreprise label awarded by the latter is a guarantee of quality, as it is renewed each year following a highly demanding stringent internal audit by expert auditors from the CNJE, who assess the company's compliance with standardsstandards requirements and regulatory framework of the Junior Enterprise movement. In 2023, HEC Junior Conseil received the best mentioncommending the seriousness of its work.
